¨ If you buy from our stock...

  We accept cash, paypal, or bank chq (we don’t know what the word “credit” means)

  We carry no back up stocks, and lines may well be a “one off” so ensure you carefully work out how much you require

  If you have any product left over consider it a good thing, as we wont take back your leftovers

  We don’t hold or store stock—that’s what kennards is for

 If we indent for you


¨
  We act as Agents for you and the manufacturer, so you will be buying from them under their terms and warranties

 We pay our suppliers up front, so we require the same from you

  Ah—the joys of importing. With indenting, we provide an import service for you. We try to match the sample as best we can, and meet the timeframes quoted, but can’t be held responsible for inherent variations due to the nature of the product, or for delays caused as part of the process

  Once we arrange the product to leave the factory, don’t worry about things if you need to cancel—you can’t. No cancellations accepted once you have paid

 Once the product arrives, come and get it. We don’t store or hold product. If we run out of room, and you haven’t collected as planned, the product is placed outside our fence (and we live in a really dodgy neighbourhood)

  We don't carry back-up stock of lines we bring in for you, so please ensure you think about how much you order and the timing of your shipments

 If we bring in containers for you

 We act as Agents for you and the manufacturer, so you will be buying from them under their terms and warranties

 Standard lead times are 18 days for sailing, with another week at either side for port activities. This can vary from time to time for no real reason. Please factor this into your plans
